 PAYMENT 

Please keep in mind that when booking online you will be asked to input a credit card. If you call in to schedule an appointment receptionist will also be taking a credit card number by phone to add to your account. Payment information is stored into our secure servers for future transactions. Shop personnel will not have access to your card. For your protection, only the last four digits of your card will show in our system. If the credit card on file expires  and you miss an appointment and do not notify us. We will note the missed appointment to your account  and you will be charged during your next visit with us. Effective date: November 1st ,2021

Cancellation Policy     

Due to the high demand of no shows , we have decided to do the following.  For the respect of our employees and other clients time, booking with us going forward are subject to the following terms: You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime 24 hours preceding the start time of your appointment. Less than 6 hours notice is considered a " Late Cancellation" and will result in a charge up to 50% of the scheduled service(s) "A No Show ", If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered, and charged full price of the scheduled service(s). Appointments that are booked within the 24 hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy. As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messaged are sent 48 hours in advance of appointment by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of the booking
